Hi! I'm Annie, a feminine energy and attachment coach. 

My journey into this work began because I was confused and tired of repeating the same relationship patterns. For years, I watched friends receive "princess treatment" while I found myself chasing after men who had previously pursued me first. I was left drained, heartbroken, and confused about why my experience was so different. 

Everything changed when I discovered attachment theory. It was like a lightbulb went off. It turns out I was an anxious leaning fearful avoidant who was attracting partners who were more avoidant. My friends on the other hand were all avoidant being chased by anxious men. Once I understood this, everything started to make sense. There was nothing wrong with me! It was just my unhealed attachment wounds. 

Through my own healing journey, I began to understand the power of feminine energy and the importance of becoming securely attached. This work was completely life changing, I am so passionate about helping other women break free from the same patterns and step into the love and confidence they deserve.
