Feminine Way to Move Through Emotions

Feminine energy is about free-flowing emotions.
But how do you have your emotions without being an emotional mess sometimes?
The first step is letting yourself accept that your emotions are always valid.
Sometimes it may feel like you shouldn't feel a certain way or it's bad that you feel a certain emotion.
Emotions are energy in motion. They come up to relay certain messages about how your body
is perceiving a certain situation. These emotions are personal to you because they are
influenced by your thoughts and beliefs. No one has the exact same experiences as you in life,
and they are not you. Therefore, other people may not have the same emotions in response
to the same situation. No one can tell you your feelings are not valid because they
don't have the same programming as you and could not understand 100% why those emotions are coming up for you.
While your emotions are valid, you don't always have to act on your emotions. Sometimes the beliefs and thoughts that are triggering these emotions are not always rooted in truth. They could be projections of past experiences. These stories could be made up based on fear or anger from the past. Acting on emotions could cause detrimental effects to your present.
That's why it's so important to take time to feel the emotions and learn what they are communicating and process where they are coming from.
Once you understand them, somehow they don't feel so intense anymore. That's when you
can make healthier choices on what steps to take next.
